These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of OshiNote ("the App") provided by crelve ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using OshiNote, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
OshiNote is an anime and manga tracking app that allows you to:
OshiNote stores your data locally on your device. If you enable cloud sync, your data is stored in Firebase Firestore. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.
OshiNote offers the following optional paid plans:
Premium benefits include: unlimited AI review generation, removal of all advertisements, and early access to new features.
Subscription billing is managed through Apple's App Store. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
The Lifetime Premium plan is a non-consumable in-app purchase. Once purchased, it is permanently linked to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device using "Restore Purchases."
Prices may vary by region due to local taxes or App Store pricing tiers. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable advance notice.
We may offer a free trial period for subscription plans. Free trials are available to new subscribers only, as determined by Apple. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

All content, code, graphics, and features of OshiNote are the property of crelve and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
AI-generated reviews and summaries produced within the App are provided for personal use only. crelve does not claim ownership over user-inputted data (titles, notes, tags).
We are not affiliated with any anime, manga, or entertainment company. Titles, characters, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. AI reviews are for personal reference only and should not be taken as professional opinions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, crelve SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、crelve（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「OshiNote」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリをご利用の際は、本規約に同意いただく必要があります。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリのご利用をお控えください。
OshiNoteは、アニメ・マンガ管理アプリです。以下の機能をご利用いただけます：
本アプリのデータは基本的にお使いの端末内に保存されます。クラウド同期を有効にした場合、データはFirebase Firestoreに保存されます。端末やアカウント情報の管理はユーザーご自身の責任で行ってください。
OshiNoteでは以下の有料プランをご用意しています：
プレミアムの特典：AI感想生成の無制限利用、広告の完全非表示、新機能への早期アクセス。
サブスクリプションの課金はAppleのApp Storeを通じて管理されます。現在の購読期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。Apple IDのアカウント設定からサブスクリプションの管理・解約が可能です。
買い切りプレミアムは非消耗型のアプリ内購入です。購入後はApple IDに永続的に紐付けられ、「購入を復元」機能でいつでも再有効化できます。
価格は地域によって異なる場合があります。価格変更の際は事前にお知らせします。
サブスクリプションプランに無料トライアル期間を設ける場合があります。無料トライアルはAppleの規定に基づき、新規加入者のみを対象とします。トライアル期間終了前にキャンセルしない限り、自動的に有料プランへ移行します。
以下の行為を禁止します：
OshiNoteのコンテンツ、コード、グラフィックスおよび機能はすべてcrelveの所有物であり、知的財産法により保護されています。お客様には個人的・非商業的な目的での利用に限り、限定的・非排他的・譲渡不能なライセンスが付与されます。
本アプリ内でAIが生成したレビューやサマリーは個人利用のみを目的としています。ユーザーが入力したデータ（タイトル、メモ、タグ等）の所有権はユーザーに帰属します。
当社はいかなるアニメ・マンガ・エンタメ企業とも提携関係にありません。作品タイトル、キャラクター及び関連商標はそれぞれの権利者に帰属します。
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、明示・黙示を問わず一切の保証を行いません。当社は、商品性、特定目的への適合性、非侵害性に関する黙示の保証を含む一切の保証を法令の範囲内で否認します。
AI生成コンテンツの正確性は保証しません。AIレビューはあくまで個人利用の参考情報であり、専門家の意見に代わるものではありません。
法令上許容される最大限の範囲において、本アプリの利用に起因する間接的・付随的・特別・結果的または懲罰的損害に対して、crelveは一切の責任を負いません。
個人情報の収集・利用については、プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更の際は、アプリ内またはメールにてお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを継続して利用された場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関する紛争については東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
