This Privacy Policy describes how crelve ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use OshiNote ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Section 1 — Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Anime, manga, and movie titles you log in the App
• Emotion tags, personal notes, and reviews you write
• Oshi (favorite character/series) data you register
• Account information if you sign in with Google or Apple

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Features used, screens viewed, session duration (via Firebase Analytics)
• Crash reports: App crash logs and diagnostic information (via Firebase Crashlytics)
• Performance data: App load times and response metrics (via Firebase Performance Monitoring)
• Device information: Device model, OS version, app version, language settings
• Advertising identifier (IDFA): Used for ad personalization and measurement, only with your consent on iOS 14.5+

Section 2 — How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve App features and functionality
• To generate AI-powered reviews based on titles you input
• To process in-app purchases and manage your subscription status

• To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve the user experience
• To prevent fraud and ensure the security of the App

Section 3 — Data Storage

Your personal diary entries (titles, notes, tags, oshi data) are stored locally on your device by default. If you enable optional cloud sync, data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore and protected by Google's security infrastructure.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Section 4 — Data Retention

Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. If cloud sync is enabled, your data is retained in Firebase until you request deletion. Analytics and crash data are retained according to Firebase's default retention policies (typically 2 months to 14 months depending on the data type).

Section 5 — Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you
• Opt out of personalized advertising (via iOS privacy settings or App Tracking Transparency)
• Request a copy of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

Section 6 — Children's Privacy

OshiNote is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Section 7 — Advertising

Free plan users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads. On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before using your IDFA for ad personalization. You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your device's Privacy settings.

Premium subscribers see no advertisements.

Section 8 — Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. The updated policy will be effective when posted.

第2条（情報の利用目的）

• 本アプリの機能提供と改善
• 入力されたタイトルに基づくAI感想文の生成
• アプリ内課金の処理とサブスクリプション状態の管理
• 無料プランユーザーへの広告表示
• アプリの安定性の監視とクラッシュの修正
• 集計した利用パターンの分析によるユーザー体験の改善

第3条（データの保存）

お客様の日記データ（タイトル、メモ、タグ、推しデータ）はデフォルトでお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。オプションのクラウド同期を有効にした場合、データはGoogle Firebase Firestoreに保存され、Googleのセキュリティ基盤により保護されます。

当社はお客様の個人データを第三者に販売しません。

第4条（データの保持期間）

端末内に保存されたデータは、お客様がデータを削除するか本アプリをアンインストールするまで保持されます。クラウド同期が有効な場合、お客様が削除を要求するまでFirebaseにデータが保持されます。分析・クラッシュデータはFirebaseのデフォルト保持ポリシー（データの種類によって通常2か月〜14か月）に従って保持されます。

第5条（お客様の権利）

お客様は以下の権利を有します：

• 当社が保有するお客様の個人データへのアクセス、訂正、削除の請求
• パーソナライズ広告のオプトアウト（iOSプライバシー設定またはアプリトラッキングの透明性機能から）
• データのコピーの請求
• 同意を撤回する権利（同意に基づいて処理が行われている場合）

第6条（子どものプライバシー）

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。当社は13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集しません。13歳未満の子どもが個人情報を提供したとお考えの場合は、当社にご連絡ください。速やかに削除します。

第7条（広告について）

無料プランのユーザーには、Google AdMobが配信する広告が表示される場合があります。AdMobは端末識別子と利用データをパーソナライズ広告の配信に使用する場合があります。iOS 14.5以降では、IDFAを広告のパーソナライズに使用する前に、Appleのアプリトラッキングの透明性フレームワークを通じてお客様の同意を求めます。端末の「プライバシー」設定でトラッキングの設定をいつでも変更できます。

プレミアムサブスクライバーには広告は一切表示されません。

第8条（ポリシーの変更）

本プライバシーポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更の際は、アプリ内またはメールにてお知らせします。更新されたポリシーは掲載された時点で有効となります。
